Spring is one of the nicest times of the year, but not for those who suffer from allergies. Hay fever season begins and itching eyes and a running nose start. If you have been suffering from allergies for years, you should receive treatment to prevent unwanted side effects. We have compiled a list of worthwhile tips and measures for you on our Heart Tips Site, to help you get through pollen season more easily!
